Running A Nationwide Cleaners Franchise From Spain

It's all about good communication ...

This week, we're showcasing the flexibility of franchising by publishing some words by Peter Munro from Nationwide Cleaners. One of his franchisees, Laurence, runs his UK franchise from Spain and it works brilliantly ...

What an amazing view! This is Laurence's office in Spain!

Laurence has operated the Surrey franchise from Spain for some years with great success. He says it works well, as he contacts clients, cleaners and leaflet delivery staff by phone and email, so it does not really matter where he is based.

It is a great opportunity for someone who lives abroad to obtain a good UK income (which is significantly higher than in Spain), to take advantage of speaking their native English instead of competing for work in Spain with native Spanish speakers, and not have to deal with the notorious bureaucracy over there (or whatever foreign country they are in).

"The view from his office is far better than one from the UK!"

In addition to his profitable British business he runs from Spain, he has looked into servicing expatriate clients in Spain itself. Having lived in Spain for 10 years, he speaks very good Spanish and also has Spanish contacts looking for work who can deal with enquiries.

After a week's holiday near Barcelona myself, with the warmth and the feeling of the sun on my skin, but now back in the cool greyness of Britain, I must confess I am a little jealous, but of course, I wish him all the best. Laurence recently spent a few months back in the UK, but became so fed up with it that he went straight back to Spain!

I asked Laurence for his thoughts on working with Nationwide Cleaning. He said "I've been running my franchise since October 2012. I live in Spain, although my franchise is based in Surrey in the United Kingdom. My reasons for taking on the franchise were:

  1. Scalable

  2. Flexible

  3. Inexpensive

  4. Interesting

  5. Enjoyable

  6. Income is effort related

  7. Recurring revenue

The Nationwide Cleaning franchise has met with all of my best expectations and I should add that I have found Peter to be very honest, professional and reliable."

When it comes to your own franchise, there is a money back guarantee (subject to certain terms and conditions) available to ensure it's what you really want to be doing.

"Would you like to know more?"

If you'd like to find out more about becoming the next Nationwide Cleaners franchisee, please do get in touch with Peter Munro on 07986 600316 or click here to visit their franchising page to find out more.

Until next time ...
